SAHD CEO™ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the S.A.F.E. Game located at game.sahdceo.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you or your child uses our Service.

We take children's privacy seriously. This Service is designed for use by children ages 5–13 under parental supervision, and we are committed to compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, and applicable state privacy laws.

        The short version: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from children. The game runs entirely on the user's device. No accounts. No emails. No tracking of children.

The S.A.F.E. Game does not collect any of the following from children:

Phone numbers or contact information
Photos, videos, or audio
Geolocation data
Persistent identifiers used to track children across websites or apps
Any information that could be used to identify or contact a child

2. Local Device Storage

The S.A.F.E. Game uses your browser's localStorage to save game progress (scores, badges, level, and age bracket selection). This data:

Is stored only on the user's device
Is never transmitted to our servers or any third party
Contains no personal information — only game state data (points, level, achievements)
Can be cleared at any time by the user or parent by clearing browser data

3. Information Collected From Parents/Purchasers

When a parent or guardian purchases the S.A.F.E. Game through our payment processor (Stan Store), the following information may be collected by our payment processor (not by us directly):

Name and email address (for purchase receipt and product delivery)
Payment information (processed securely by Stan Store / Stripe — we never see or store credit card numbers)

4. Meta Pixel (Adults Only)

Our product sales pages on Stan Store may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement purposes. This tracking:

Operates only on the Stan Store purchase page (where the adult makes the purchase)
Does not operate on game.sahdceo.com (where the child plays)
Tracks adult purchasing behavior only, not children's activity
Is governed by Meta's data use policies

5. COPPA Compliance

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by:

Not collecting personal information from children under 13
Not requiring any registration, account creation, or login
Not using cookies or tracking technologies on the game website
Not enabling children to publicly share personal information
Designing the Service so children can use it without providing any personal data

6. Third-Party Services

The S.A.F.E. Game website (game.sahdceo.com) does not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, social media plugins, or tracking services. The game is a self-contained application that runs entirely in the user's browser.

The only external resource loaded is the Google Fonts service for typography, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Since we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no centralized database of user data that could be compromised. All game data remains on the user's local device. Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection).
