1. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
Important: The S.A.F.E. Game is an educational tool designed to help children develop situational awareness skills. It is not a substitute for professional security services, law enforcement guidance, or emergency training. Always call 911 in an actual emergency.
The content provided in the S.A.F.E. Game, including all scenarios, answers, explanations, and recommendations:
- Is intended for general educational purposes only
- Is based on the personal experience and professional background of the creator
- Does not constitute professional security consulting, legal advice, or medical advice
- Should not be relied upon as the sole source of safety training for your family
- May not cover every possible scenario or threat in every environment
We encourage parents and guardians to supplement this educational game with age-appropriate conversations, local law enforcement resources, school safety programs, and professional guidance as needed.
2. Intended Audience & Parental Supervision
The S.A.F.E. Game is designed for children ages 5–13, to be used under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Children under 13 should use this Service with parental awareness and involvement
- Parents are responsible for determining if the content is appropriate for their child's age and maturity level
- The game addresses topics including stranger awareness, emergency situations, online safety, and threat assessment — parents should preview content and be available to discuss any questions or concerns their child may have
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational purpose. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share your access code with individuals who have not purchased the Service
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service's content
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than personal family education
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service
4. Access & License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the S.A.F.E. Game for your immediate family (household). This license:
- Is granted for lifetime access from the date of purchase
- Covers use on any personal devices within your household
- Does not grant ownership of the content, code, or intellectual property
- May be revoked if these Terms are violated
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, scenarios, text, graphics, and other materials in the S.A.F.E. Game are the intellectual property of SAHD CEO™ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The S.A.F.E. framework (Scan, Assess, Find, Eyes), all scenario content, and the game design are proprietary to SAHD CEO™.
6. Purchases & Refund Policy
All purchases of the S.A.F.E. Game are processed through our authorized payment processor (Stan Store). By making a purchase:
- You agree to the payment processor's terms of service
- You will receive instant digital access upon successful payment
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- SAHD CEO™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service
- We make no guarantees that following the guidance in this game will prevent any specific outcome or ensure safety in any particular situation
- The total liability of SAHD CEO™ for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service
Real-world safety depends on countless variables. This game builds awareness skills but cannot account for every scenario. Always prioritize calling emergency services (911) in an actual emergency.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the educational content
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAHD CEO™, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
11. FTC Compliance
All marketing, advertising, and promotional materials related to the S.A.F.E. Game and associated products comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including:
- All claims about the product are truthful and not misleading
- Testimonials reflect genuine experiences and typical results are not guaranteed
- Any material connections between endorsers and SAHD CEO™ are disclosed
- Earnings or results claims, if any, include appropriate disclaimers
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
